The Guest Hospitality and Hosting Ministry exists to create a positive guest experience for every guest who arrives on our campus. Teams: the Ushering Team, Information Desk Team, Security and Traffic Team and Wedding Planners Team
The Starting Point Ministry is responsible for receiving first-time visitors, potential members, and guests at the visitor's Corner. During these sessions, our visitors are greeted pleasantly, given an overview of CCC, and allowed to ask any questions. After the welcome session, attendees are invited to go through the steps to becoming church members.
The Production Ministry is the media department in charge of all digital and technical operations. It exists to provide excellent techincal service to our church comminuty through operations lighting, video and graphical presentations, seamlessly integrating them to equip and enhance CCC's outreach and mission. TEAMS: Photography, Video and Editors, News, Projections and Graphics and Social Media.
The music ministry is responsible for guiding the congregation in praise and worship during corporate services and all church gatherings, Its purpose is to impart music skills and provide training for individuals to lead the congregation effectively during corporate services. TEAMS: Instrumentalist, Vocalist/Singers and Song Writers and Composers.
The Audio and Sound Ministry provides care for an incredible number of technical needs for the ministries at CCC. This ministry also sets up audio support for our worship services and any other event organised
Through drama and perfromance, this ministry effectively communicates the word of God, poetry, and spoken word
The Protocol and Service Management Ministry oversees the order and flow of proceedings during services, managing transitions and timing to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. They also ensure adherence to established protocols and etiquettes during church activities, maintaining a respectful and harmonious atmosphere. Additionally, they collaborate closely with other ministries to facilitate the seamless execution of events and services while handling unexpected situations or disruptions with poise and professionalism to minimise their impact on the proceedings.
The ministry is responsible for getting members who use the church bus system to Church.
The Health and Sports Ministry promotes physical well-being and community through organised sporting events adapted to members’ different interests.
First Aid and Health Care
This team offers vital health services to the church community in times of emergency.
This team also provides the lay public and health professionals with the necessary tools and techniques to support our congregation and community during a sudden health emergency.
Gym and Fitness Team
The Gym and Fitness team organises various sporting programmes to appeal to members’ unique interests and encourage active involvement at all community engagement levels.
The International Community Ministry is dedicated to helping foreigners settle and integrate into the Church with care and support.
The set-up ministry seeks help preparing for special events, campaigns, and activities that require unique technical, electrical, or mechanical features.
The Prayer Ministry is dedicated to fostering a culture of prayer within the church community, facilitating regular prayer meetings and encouraging active participation in prayer activities.
The Prayer Ministry takes the lead in organising and conducting prayer meetings within the Church, maintaining and updating a weekly group prayer list containing prayer requests and reports of answered prayers.
The Facility Management Ministry is dedicated to maintaining the CCC (Church Community Centre) in impeccable condition while ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the church campus and its surrounding environment. This ministry collaborates with skilled and dedicated volunteers who contribute their talents and expertise to uphold the upkeep of our church facilities and assist in preparing for special events, campaigns, and activities.
