Our Way of Worship

Expressive. Spirit-filled. Rooted in the Word.

How we worship

Our worship is a vibrant expression of gratitude and devotion. We gather to honour God through a blend of heartfelt contemporary songs and timeless hymns, creating an atmosphere where everyone is welcome to encounter His presence. Each service is centred on the transformative power of prayer and the practical application of Biblical truth, designed to inspire and equip you for your daily life.

Our way of worship

Eight expressions of Spirit-filled worship.

01 / 08

Speaking in Tongues and Singing in the Spirit

We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to guide our prayers and songs. This includes speaking in tongues for personal edification and praying or singing with both the spirit and understanding. Following the example of the early apostles, we are committed to steadfast prayer as a core part of our fellowship and daily walk.

1 Corinthians 14:2, 4, 15, 18

1 Corinthians 14:2, 4, 15, 18

2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

18 I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:

1 Timothy 2:8

8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

Psalm 47:1–2

1 O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph. 2 For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

Psalm 150:3–6

3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

1 Corinthians 16:1–2

1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye. 2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

Psalm 100:4

4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Acts 2:42

42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

2 Timothy 2:15

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
