Speaking only blessings and only the truth.
Living to please Christ.
Loving in purity.
Making Christ the focus in all things.
All these I will do through Christ who strengthens me.

It provides a practical framework for our conduct, focusing on our speech, our lifestyle, our purity in love, and the centrality of Christ in our faith.
It concludes by acknowledging that we do not walk this path in our own strength, but through the power of Christ who strengthens us.
