What We Believe In As A Church

Rooted in scripture, we are committed to sharing the timeless truths of the gospel.

The word, 'church' in the original Greek New Testament is the word Ekklesia, which means the Called-out ones. The moment one becomes a believer, that person becomes a member of the Universal Church of our Lord Jesus Christ. However, the Lord commands us to be a part of a local church family that follows the teachings and practices in the New Testament. CCC is a Bible believing New Testament Church.
Here are some of our core BELIEFS according to God's word:

1. We believe in the Headship of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This belief affirms that Christ holds the highest position over all things spiritual and physical and that He has been given to the Church to provide it with His fullness and strength.

2. We believe in the triune God. (God the FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT)

We believe in the triune God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. As commanded in Matthew 28:18-20, we acknowledge the full authority of Jesus Christ and the call to baptize and make disciples in the name of the Trinity.

3. We believe in the WHOLE BIBLE as the Word of God and the absolute standard of our faith.

We uphold the entire Bible as the inspired, infallible Word of God. It serves as our final authority and the essential blueprint for living a life of faith and righteousness.

4. We believe in Missions - Reaching the world for Christ.

Driven by the Great Commission, we are committed to sharing the Gospel beyond our walls. Our mission is to reach diverse nations and communities with the transformative message of Christ.

5. We believe in Discipleship-making each believer a disciple of Jesus.

Our goal is more than just conversion; it is transformation. We focus on walking alongside every believer to help them grow into a mature, lifelong follower of Jesus.

6. We believe in the five fold Ministry and the expression of gifts in the house of God.

We believe in the active power of the Holy Spirit today. By embracing the fivefold ministry apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers we empower every member to use their unique spiritual gifts to build up the church.

7. We believe in Water Baptism and the practice of the Lord's Supper.

We practice Water Baptism and the Holy Communion (The Lord's Supper) as commanded by Christ. We believe these acts serve as a remembrance of His sacrifice and a proclamation of His death until He returns.

8. We believe in Walking in Holiness before the Lord and living a genuine fruitful lifestyle.

We are committed to living a genuine, fruitful lifestyle before the Lord. Our goal is to manifest the "Fruit of the Spirit," characterized by love, joy, peace, and self-control.

9. We believe in living a life of Decency and Modesty.

We are committed to living a genuine, fruitful lifestyle before the Lord. Our goal is to manifest the "Fruit of the Spirit," characterized by love, joy, peace, and self-control.
